<p>PokEditor v2 is a program that allows you to edit Pokémon Gen IV game data. It is developed by turtleisaac and hosted on GitHub at https://github.com/turtleisaac/PokEditor-v2.</p>

<p>By using PokEditor v2, you agree to be bound by these terms and service agreement, as well as the following third-party terms:</p>

  <li>The Google API Services User Data Policy at https://developers.google.com/terms/user-data-policy</li>
  <li>The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) License Agreement at https://www.oracle.com/downloads/licenses/javase-license1.html</li>
</ul>

<p>If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use PokEditor v2.</p>

<h2 id="usage">Usage</h2>

<p>You may use PokEditor v2 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use PokEditor v2 for any illegal or unauthorized activities, such as cheating, distributing pirated copies of games, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.</p>

<p>You are responsible for any actions you take with PokEditor v2 and any consequences that may arise from them. You acknowledge that PokEditor v2 may modify your game data in ways that may affect your gameplay experience or cause errors or damage to your device or software. You acknowledge that usage of PokEditor v2 may lead to making your game data incompatible with other tools. You acknowledge that game data which has been previously processed by other tools may not work correctly with PokEditor v2. You agree to backup your game data before using PokEditor v2 and use it at your own risk.</p>

<h2 id="data">Data</h2>

<p>PokEditor v2 is capable of using the Google Sheets API to store and edit game data online. When you use PokEditor v2 online, you need to sign in with your Google account and grant access to a specified sheet. This allows PokEditor v2 to access and write information to those sheets.</p>

<p>PokEditor v2 does not collect, store, share, or sell any of your personal information or game data. However, when you use Google Sheets API, Google may collect, store, process, share, or use your data according to their own policies. <p>You are solely responsible for managing your own data and ensuring its security and privacy. You can revoke access by PokEditor v2 from your Google account settings at any time.</p>

<p>PokEditor v2 is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, turtleisaac disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of or inability to use PokEditor v2, including all forks made by other developers.</p>

<p>PokEditor v2 is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or any other parties involved in the development or distribution of Pokémon games. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.</p>

<h2 id="forks">Forks</h2>

<p>By making and maintaining a fork of PokEditor v2, you agree to use your own Google Sheets API instance and Google Cloud project. Any usage of the same Google Sheets API instance as the main version of PokEditor v2, as maintained by turtleisaac at https://github.com/turtleisaac/PokEditor-v2, by a separate fork is forbidden. You are required to create, maintain, and verify your own Google Sheets API Instance for any forks you create, as once a fork is created, it is no longer work that is approved by turtleisaac.</p>
